This on site Instructor Lead interactive course includes two 7-hour sessions over two days (Session 1 - March 15th 9AM-4PM, Session 2 - March 16th 9AM-4PM) designed to deliver comprehensive Microsoft Project training. The class will cover a variety of topics designed to deliver real-world knowledge and prepare participants to use Project 2010 day to day.
The course covers the fundamentals of Microsoft Project and how to best use the software to build a project schedule, develop task relationships, and understand resource allocation. Using this understanding, task progress is then entered into the schedule to create a real life model and determine next steps. Continental Breakfast, Lunch, and Afternoon snacks are included.
This course also includes PM Provider's exclusive Microsoft Project 2010 Made Easy Workbook!
Class participants can use the workbook for homework exercises and class notes. The workbook also provides additional reference material.
