Exam Prep boot camps are expensive. Buyer beware! Spend your money wisely!
We invite you to scan our QR code or pull up our record with the Better Business Bureau.
Some things you want to look at on a BBB file:
- Does the company even have a file with the BBB?
- Is the company accredited through the BBB?
- What is their score? BBB offers an "A through F" scoring system
- Do they have customer reviews on their BBB file? All companies may have complaints once and awhile, but EXCEPTIONAL companies also have customers who want to speak on their behalf.
We took a look at some of the biggest advertisers of PMP exam prep boot camps and were somewhat surprised by what we found:
1. Company A - Not accredited, score: D. Four complaints filed against the business, including one that was not responded to.
2. Company B - Not accredited, score: F. Six complaints filed against the business, including four that were not responded to.
3. Company C - Not accredited, score: A. We anticipated a lot of great reviews for this company. Unfortunately, not only were there no reviews, there were more than 10 complaints in the last three years! Ouch. Apparently the company is doing a good job in responding to the complaints, however, given their score.
