While participating in an open-enrollment PMP exam prep class has its benefits, there is another option to consider: hosting an on-site PMP/CAPM exam prep class.

If you and at least three other co-workers / team members / associates are interested in pursuing a PMI certification, an on-site may be a better option:

The class is held at your location, so no need to travel.

You choose the format. Some of our clients prefer to do a 3-day class (complimented with a one-day, online interactive module). Other clients like the 4-day format, but prefer it to be Wednesday through Saturday. You set the schedule, days, start and end times.

With an on-site class, teaching methods, examples, and exercises can be customized for your company and your industry.

5. Built-In Study Group
Attending a class with your team members, at your location, can help facilitate the development of a study group - a great way to prepare before the class and re-cap after the class.

6. Dedicated Support and Instruction
When you book an on-site class, you will be immediately assigned a dedicated instructor who will assist the students upon engagement. This includes assisting with the PMI PMP application, coaching and mentoring during the class, and individualized study plans after the course.
