- Which version of the PMBOK® Guide is the course based on?
Our courses are now based on the PMBOK® Guide 4th Edition. As of July 1st 2009 the PMP® Exam will be based on the PMBOK® Guide 4th Edition. For the CAPM® Exam the change to 4th Edition will occur on August 1st 2009.
- What is the exam pass rate of PPM students?
We are proud to report a pass rate exceeding 90%!
- Where and when are the PPM Prep Camps?
PPM Prep Camps are offered multiple times per month in major metropolitan locations within the US.
- I live in the city where the training will be held. Do I still need to reserve a hotel room?
PPM recommends that students stay at the hotel, whenever possible. This allows access to the evening learning sessions and also creates a peaceful study environment to help ensure your success on the exam. PPM has negotiated rates with all of our hotels.
- Where and when are the PMI® PMP® Exams held?
The PMI® PMP® Exam is held at a Prometric Testing Center near the course location.
- Do you teach this course in-house (i.e. for companies)?
Yes, we do offer the customized PMP

- How can you guarantee I will pass the exam after taking your class?
PPM Prep Camps are designed to give you all of the information that you need to successfully complete the exam. We're so certain, we guarantee it! If you do not pass, PPM will refund you your re-examination fees and you will be eligible to participate in another class at no cost.
- Does the cost of the course include the cost to take PMI's® PMP® Certification Exam?
No. The credentialing fees are paid separately to PMI®. For the PMP® exam, it pays to be a member of PMI®! PMP® Credentialing fees are $555 for non-members and $405 for members.
- How is Passionate Project Management's PMP® Prep Camp different from other training programs?

- PMI® requires 35 "Contact Hours" of Project Management training before you can take the PMP® Exam. Can I take this course to meet the Contact Hour requirement and then take the exam
Yes. This course does meet the 35 hour requirement. However, we recommend that you take this course immediately before taking the exam (our Day-5-Test option) so that you have the peace of mind of the Pass Guarantee. PPM can provide you with some recommendations to satisfy the 35-hour requirement.

- Does this course require any pre-work before the class starts?
If you require the 35 hours of education in order to submit your application, you have the option of taking an online training module. We will also provide some recommendations on pre-course preparation. Contact us for online training options.
- What is the daily class schedule? (Hours Per Day, etc.)
PPM Prep Camps are broken down into 3 daily sessions: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- What are the credentials of the PPM instructors?
PPM instructors bring together the best of both worlds. Our instructors are seasoned and accomplished project management professionals that hold current PMI® credentials. In addition, our instructors are adult learning professionals who create an incredibly engaging learning experience!
