PMP® Exam Prep Camp – Course Guarantee

We are confident in our ability to adequately and accurately prepare you for the PMP® exam. However, the PMP exam is very difficult and not everyone passes the first time. To protect our students, we offer a course guarantee that if you are unable to pass your exam the first or second time, we will refund your re-examination fees up to $275. If you do not pass on your third attempt, we will fully refund your course fees minus the previously paid re-examination fees and a $200 administrative fee.

In order to qualify for the PPM course guarantee, you must:

• Submit your PMP application to PMI at least two months prior to the class date. PPM will assist you with the application process, if need be. This will allow sufficient time for the audit process, in the event you are randomly selected for audit.
• Schedule your exam within 21 days of the course – we recommend early the following week after the class (read our blog post about exam timing).
• Fully participate in all four days of the PMP Exam Prep Camp, including completing all three daily review tests and final 200-question practice exam. You must score at least a 75% on the final 200-question exam the last day of class. Our classes average 82% on the final exam.

If you do not pass your exam the first or second time:

• Email or fax PPM your score results within three business days of your test date.
• Reschedule your exam within 21 days of your previous test date and provide PPM with a copy of the re-examination fee payment receipt within the 21 days.
• You would be eligible to re-take the course. The only fee would be $150 to cover the class catering.

If you do not pass your exam the third time:

• Email or fax PPM your score results within three business days of your test date.
• We will promptly issue you a full refund of your course fees minus the previously paid re-examination fees and a $200 administrative fee.
