Conditions of Use
Order Processing and Shipping: Order processing and shipping will take from 24 – 48 hours. Your mailing address and the shipping method you choose will determine the actual number of days it will take for your shipment to arrive.
Shipping Charges: Our standard shipping in the US is via USPS. Charges are based on weight and destination calculated directly with the carrier from shipping to destination points to minimize shipping overcharges.
Returns Policy: All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of purchase, and the customer will incur all shipping costs on a return. Products cannot be opened, used or tampered with in any way in order to receive a full refund. Please provide contact information (name, phone number, email address) along with your return, so we may discuss any issues with you, should the need arise.
